Please note that we do not issue return labels for global customers, only EU countries can issue a return label. Please choose your own carrier for the return shipment. • Please make sure that the shoes were unworn and in mint condition

• Please include a copy of an invoice or order information within a box

• Once you have chosen your courier and send the package, please send us the information of the tracking number to our support email - support@petitnord.com

• Once we receive your return, you will be refunded within 5-14 business days
